Kapil enjoys working with energetic youths from small towns and provide them opportunities through Five Splash. He believes in being a Business Operations Partner for the client by altering the traditional outsourcing process approach. An electronics graduate with over a decade of work experience, Kapil has developed an interest in social ventures and was recently covered by Your Story, Yo Success!, and DNA India for his social contribution by virtue of Five Splash. Moreover, Kapil has been associated with “Khoj” and “Keep Moving Movement” initiatives to contribute voluntarily for the betterment of the society. Additionally, he is associated with few more social ventures which include Sociocross and a skill academy which is his dream project.

Tarun was the first employee at Five Splash. He has been through the entire journey as a pillar for Five Splash’s network that keeps improving, processing 1000’s of transactions and calls every day while ensuring that globally accepted policies and technologies are followed. With an experience of working with multinational companies including ITC and Tieto, along with a small stint in Germany, Tarun ensures that Five Splash’s products and services are amongst the best in class.

Lakhan (as he is known) has been working with Five Splash since its inception and is the man with the right acumen and focus on operations. With over a decade’s experience in operations, Lakhan has worked with domestic as well as international clients and has developed a good rapport with each one of them. With the zeal to learn every minute aspect of operations, he ensures that we improve every day and deliver the best quality work to our clients.

Savia calls the office as her second home. We reckon it’s the first one. Savia joined us as an operator a few years back and with her continual improvement and initiatives, she has transformed into a professional working on quality function. Savia ensures that inputs we get from clients are well understood and applied in the processes and quality work is delivered to the client.

I’m a Customer Service / BPO professional with 20 years of experience in managing contact centres (inbound / outbound / voice / non voice / blended) and customer service backend processes. Have worked in Telecom, ISP, Education industries. I’m an Arts graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad and have done my post-graduation from Northumbria University, England specializing in International Business Administration.
